I think I just found my new taco truck spot. My son got a burrito and I tried the vampire tacos. They were 🔥 🔥 🔥. No extra sauce needed. Beef is moist and flavorful. Looks Clean inside out and is def worth the drive out to salida. Burrito was only $8.

I ordered a Campechana and as usual I try to “fix it” my way but surprise surprise! It tasted perfect with no need to add any more lemon, hot sauce or ketchup!
Delicious food at reasonable prices. I’ve had cheaper food, but not as good as this. Would go again.

This is my go to place for the very best chipotle shrimp tacos I have ever had. First I like the convenience of being able to text my order in before I drive the 5 minutes over to Salida Blvd. Then they always get my order done correctly. The Chipotle Shrimp Tacos are outstanding. I always order three and they are always delicious. You must try them.
Hands down the best taco truck in Modesto! The vampire tacos 🌮 are FIRE, the seafood is fresh…. it was non stop flavor 😋 👌

The food was delicious!! The shrimp tacos with the chipotle sauce where great. My wife and I also shared a burrito. My son had a beef quesadilla and definitely enjoyed it. While I was waiting on my order and it being my first time here the staff gave me a vampiro taco to try which was super delicious and pretty cool of them. I will definitely order some of those on my next visit
I had the wonderful experience of trying Sinaloense while visiting from Chicago. We had their steak & barbacoa tacos along with their “Ceviche Crunch.” I loved it so much I came back with a bunch of my family also visiting from Texas a few days later. They currently have 3 picnic tables next to the truck with an impressive selection of bottled hot sauce to try. The prices are great and service is fast. Overall very clean and great quality. I can’t wait to come back on my next visit!!

If you are looking for some great authentic Mexican food, this is the one. Their Carne Asada and Seafood are smackdowns 💯
Sometimes the meat is greasy but that’s because they use chorizo grease along with their carne asada
